Mariví holds a Double Degree in Economics and Law from Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (Spain).

After graduating, she began her professional career working as a tax lawyer in a renowed Spanish law firm for nearly three years. Then, she served as a senior HR in a leading utility Spanish Group for a year, focusing on enhancing the global international mobility of its employees.

Since January 2008 until April 2022, she has developed a holistic approach to Human Resources. She has been working as Senior Manager at Mercer Consulting, where she was the employee experience as well as the organizational levelling champion for Spain. She also has robust experience in compensation projects. She has extended experience in project management of consulting HR projects, both, for national and multinational companies of up to 200,000 employees in coordination with cross-functional and international teams (including leading meetings for HR leaders of up to 19 different countries and executive presentations for CEOs and C-suite). In addition to the above, she has actively contributed to sales growth through various commercial actions (including hosting innovative events) that have led to the acquisition, and retention, of key clients for the company.

She has joined P95 as the Head of HR in May 2022.
