Epidemiologist

Aleksandra is an infectious disease epidemiologist. She got her Master of Science in Public Health from the Medical University of Warsaw.

She graduated from the European Programme for Intervention Epidemiology Training (EPIET). During the 2-year fellowship she was based at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare in Helsinki. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Epidemiology at the Tampere University in Finland. She worked at the National Institute for Public Health in Warsaw, and was a consultant at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). She was involved in numerous projects related to tick-borne diseases, food-borne diseases, invasive pneumococcal disease as well as surveillance systems and vaccine impact evaluations.

Aleksandra joined P95 as an epidemiologist in October 2020.
